Established in 1972, MCi Limited has continued to grow as a successful OEM manufacturer of transformers and coils by focusing on quality, service and taking a partnership approach with our customers.

The growth of our business has been a result of a conservative yet forward thinking strategy, which has seen the business through several major expansions. Today MCi Limited operates out of it’s own modern, 14000 sq. ft., facility which contains manufacturing, engineering and sales operations located in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

Continuing under the original ownership, MCi Limited is a family run business which follows the principles of honesty and integrity.

As a custom OEM manufacturer, the scope of production capabilities varies widely with a number of different styles and types. Products include power transformers up to 10 KVA, toroidal power transformers up to 3 KVA, as well as coils, and switch mode transformers and chokes.

MCi Limited manufactures products for the Canadian and US markets as well as directly exporting to other international markets. Some of the Industries and markets served include:

With a primary focus on quality, the foundations of our products are conservative designs with quality components and materials. Many of our standard products have recognized safety approvals for easy adoption into existing applications or new product approvals.
