For standard products, use the MCi part numbers listed under the appropriate products page.

For custom applications, forward the details of your application and you will be contacted by the sales or engineering department to discuss the design which best fits your application. A part number will be assigned and a quotation will be provided. If the client's expectations are met a sample will be provided for production approval.

When placing an order we require the following information:

1. Company Name.
2. Bill to address.
3. Ship to address.
4. Contact Name.
5. Telephone Number.
6. Fax Number.
7. MCi Part Number (if applicable).
8. Quantity Required.
9. Date Required.
10. Shipping instructions and account information along with customs broker information (if applicable).

Once this information is received the order is entered into our system and an order confirmation is sent back via fax confirming the above items along with price and expected ship date. All orders are confirmed.
